Limited spots available: We're looking for 2-3 general contractors to validate SyncaDoc with real closeout documents.

Overview

Pilot Partners get early access to SyncaDoc in exchange for feedback and validation. You'll help us prove the AI works on real-world documents and build case studies for other contractors.

Who We're Looking For

  • General contractors or construction managers
  • 10-100 active projects
  • Currently using Excel or shared drives (not Procore)
  • Texas-based (initial market focus)
  • Willing to share real documents (can be anonymized if needed)
  • Frustrated with manual closeout document tracking

What We Need

  • Upload 50+ real closeout documents (warranties, COIs, lien waivers)
  • Attend weekly 15-minute feedback calls
  • Complete exit interview at end of pilot
  • Provide testimonial if pilot meets success criteria (with approval rights)
  • Optional: Case study participation for marketing

Success Criteria

We define success upfront with you:

AI extraction accuracy >80% on sampled documents
Time saved >50% vs. manual tracking
User adoption 2+ active team members
User satisfaction NPS score ≥7

Time Commitment

Initial setup 30 minutes (onboarding wizard + first uploads)
Weekly check-ins 15 minutes (feedback and questions)
Document uploads Ongoing as you receive them from subs
Exit interview 30 minutes at end of pilot
Total expected 2-3 hours over 60 days

Onboarding Checklist

  • Intro call with founder
  • Sign pilot partner agreement
  • Review company overview
  • Complete onboarding wizard (10 min)
  • Upload first 5 documents
  • Schedule weekly check-ins

What Happens After the Pilot

At the end of 60 days:

  • If you love it: Continue at early adopter rate ($299/mo, locked in)
  • If you're on the fence: We'll work with you to address concerns
  • If it's not a fit: No obligation, we'll export your data

All pilot partners who convert to paying customers retain early adopter pricing permanently.

What We Won't Ask

  • Payment during the pilot period
  • Public endorsements before you're ready
  • Use of your logo without permission
  • Time beyond the agreed commitment
  • Participation in marketing without approval
